Barry Jenkins says "On the assumption that this is a youth related 'problem' If there were events on that 15-22 year olds were interested in, maybe they (co-)organised, then they could use their energies in at least enjoyable, if not productive ways. they WILL express themselves one way or another and push the 'status quo' / boundaries lets acknowledge this energy and aim to channel it in ways that benefit all they are our future let us listen to and embrace their positive rather than fear and try to punish their negative expression "
