Near perfect conditions for the Collingwood Summer Food Fair last Sunday saw over 700 people turn up for a wild gourmet feast that included the likes of stingray bacon, ostrich, kangaroo, wallaby, pig eyeballs, brains, snouts and sheep offals, along with more conventional delights of fish, cockles, chowder, pancakes, sushi and sweet treats.
